DESCRIPTION

  • A three-chamber aluminum system designed for constructing windows with increased thermal insulation, meeting the requirements of the Passive House Certificate for structures with thermal insulation Uw < 0.8 W/m2K
  • The system is designed to meet the highest thermal requirements for shopfronts and windows in Poland, Europe, and worldwide. It meets all the requirements for elements used in passive construction. The Genesis 90 system is certified by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt (PHI).
  • Three thermal variants available: – standard (without insulation) – “i” version, insulation around the glass – “i+” version with insulation inside the profiles and around the glass
  • The solution uses a 55 mm high chamber thermal break made of a material with increased thermal insulation properties.
  • The central gasket is available in two versions: standard and equipped with a thermal insert (made of heat-insulating XPET material).
  • Narrow profiles with 15 mm glazing beads are available.
  • The system offers a large number of frame, sash, and mullion profiles adapted to static requirements.
  • The maximum height of window sashes is 3 m, and the maximum weight of sashes is 180 kg.
  • Various types of window sill profiles integrated with window sills are available, with the option of concealed drainage for frames, sashes, and transoms.
  • A wide range of different types of extensions; bolt-on or profile-integrated reinforcements available, expansion joints
  • Possibility of using fittings for “Euro grooves,” with visible or concealed hinge parts, compatible with fittings from reputable companies available on the market
  • Profiles available with grooves for PVC fittings (9 mm and 10 mm axis, for fittings available on the market)
  • Minimized number of accessories during prefabrication; possibility of crimping or screwing corners; availability of presses facilitating/accelerating production
  • Possibility of using all angular solutions: variable angle profiles, diagonal profiles, all-glass corners, etc. available
  • Solution compatible with sun protection systems from the Aliplast range: roller blinds, shutters (SunFas), zip screens
  • The system offers solutions dedicated to the specific requirements of European markets (e.g., Dutch frames, frames with concealed drainage, French renovation solutions, narrow movable mullions).
  • Possibility of installing the Flyscreen and Insect System (insect screen systems).
